Production of IP-10, IL-2 and IFN-γ in un-stimulated, antigen-dependent, and mitogen-induced whole-blood from children exposed to sputum smear and culture positive adults (SS+), sputum smear negative but culture positive (SS−) adults, or community controls (CC).

Data are shown as median concentrations in pg/ml,(25 and 75 percentile). Significant differences were found when comparing SS+ and CC (p<0.0001a and p<0.05d), and when comparing SS+ and SS− (p<0.0001b and p<0.03c).
