DCAM-EX v5.9.0: Preregistered Confirmatory Hold-Out Simulation Results

Results and analysis files from the preregistered confirmatory synthetic hold-out evaluation of frozen DCAM-EX v5.9.0. The evaluation used 200 paired replications and 200,000 projects because the prespecified Monte Carlo precision target was met without extension. Six of seven preregistered criteria passed: project-phase and ACCELERATE entry were identical under v5.8 and v5.9.0 in every replication, 26,953 cases moved from TERMINATE to RESTRUCTURE, no case worsened, and the operations-legitimacy safeguards were preserved. The overall criterion set did not fully pass because 13 of 185 deterministic boundary assertions failed across eight of 53 scenarios. Post hoc diagnostic classifications are included and do not change the formal preregistered result. The operational workbook and executable implementation are not included.
