CCGS Amundsen Underway Dissolved Gas Measurements: O2/Ar, O2, N2 and Total Dissolved Gas Pressure

These underway, ship-based data, were collected from the CCGS Amundsen using autonomous gas analyzers to observe spatial and temporal trends in surface dissolved gas (O2, Ar and N2) distributions throughout the waters of the pan-Canadian Arctic. These data can be used to derive estimates of surface water net community production (i.e. photosynthesis minus respiration) at high spatial resolution along the ship's transects.
