Supporting reproducibility archive for the manuscript "Decision-sufficient electrochemical information for risk-certified fast charging" (submitted to Energy). Contains preregistered and confirmatory experiment records (including the sealed-holdout and external-domain preregistrations, committed before unsealing/fitting), all registered experiment verdict artifacts, the frozen-number registry (100 entries) that machine-recomputes every headline number (python scripts/fei_frozen_numbers.py from the archive root), analysis and runner scripts with their runtime environment (src/, pyproject.toml), LaTeX sources and figures, a full-length SHA256SUMS over all 330 files, and public-data registry manifests (NREL/DENSO, Gasper et al. 2022; Cambridge LCO, Zhang et al. 2020 — raw data obtained from their original sources, not redistributed). Files are restricted during peer review; metadata is public. The REPRODUCIBILITY_MANIFEST pins the repository commit and sha256 hashes of all key artifacts.
