GSE30550 Influenza A Original & Preprocessed Dataset

This dataset accompanies the CRISGI algorithm demonstration and includes both raw and preprocessed data derived from the GSE30550 study of human response to Influenza A (H3N2) infection. The original files—GSE30550_raw.adata and GSE30550_meta.csv—were integrated and transformed to generate the final processed file GSE30550_H3N2.h5ad. Key preprocessing steps included: Removal of irrelevant default background network data. Reformatting timepoint annotations and labeling reference vs. test samples. Log transformation of expression data stored in the log1p layer. Generation of unique sample identifiers. Integration of clinical symptom metadata. This curated dataset is prepared for downstream analysis using the CRISGI framework and enables reproducible benchmarking of host response inference methods.
