A certain manufacturing enterprise plans to build a green and intelligent manufacturing factory in East China to meet its future capacity expansion needs in the high-end equipment manufacturing field. This factory aims to achieve an integrated goal of digital operation, low carbon emissions and highly flexible production. Therefore, in the process of site selection decisions, not only traditional economic factors should be taken into account, but also multi-dimensional comprehensive factors such as the level of intelligence and green indicators should be introduced. For this reason, the enterprise organized a decision-making team consisting of 30 decision-makers to evaluate and score each alternative option under various attributes. Among them, the experts come from the enterprise's strategic planning department, supply chain management department, intelligent manufacturing center, and external consulting institutions, covering multiple fields such as engineering, economy, environmental protection, and technical management.
