The synthesized single-cell-type GEP dataset (sctGEP, Dataset S1)In creating dataset S1, we generated single-cell-type GEPs (sctGEPs) for each cell type by randomly selecting 100 cells from clusters representing the same cell type in 12 scRNA-seq datasets (Dataset S0).
