Read counts and analyses of the cell cycle data from (Strasser et al., 2012)

Raw reads were processed as described in the methods and read counts for all replicates separately can be found in Worksheet 1. Read counts were then normalised and counts for biological replicates averaged (worksheet 2). Normalised read counts were converted to percentage expression per time point and clustered according to the highest outlier per gene (worksheet 3; see methods for details). Worksheet 4 contains enriched GO terms for each time point. No GO terms were enriched in time points missing from this worksheet.
