THE ROLE OF SHARES AND BONDS ISSUED BY JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES IN THE CAPITAL MARKET

The article is devoted to the analysis of the situation of shares and bonds issued by joint-stock companies in the capital market. As a result of the research, innovative approaches that can be implemented in the conditions of the national economy and their prospects are identified. This article aims to contribute to the development of scientific and practical recommendations aimed at increasing the efficiency of financial management. The corporate bond market as a source of investment attraction and the essence of convertible bonds, their share in the international securities market in order to increase their investment attractiveness, are studied and analyzed.
