数据集记录了二龙湾玛珥湖的纹层计年数据、地球化学代用指标和各类型孢粉变化情况。根据纹层计年数据,配合二龙湾玛珥湖的干密度、地球化学等环境代用指标研究,可以将该地区14000年至今划分为2个时期,5个旋回,19个阶段(气候事件)。建立了迄今为止中国北方最详细最真实的气候环境演变序列,为探讨末次冰消期以来气候环境演变规律和趋势提供了科学依据。而孢粉记录揭示了该地区34kaB.P.以来植被与气候有如下变化过程:34-29.3kaB.P.,发育山地寒温性针叶林,气候冷湿。29.3-12.6kaB.P.,该区以寒温性针叶林、桦树林为主,气候转向冷干发展。12.6-8.9kaB.P.,该区发育植被为针阔叶混交林,气候逐渐向温湿过渡。8.9-4.6kaB.P.,发育落叶阔叶林,气候温暖、湿润。4.6kaB.P.以后,为针阔叶混交林,气候温凉到晚期转干。

This dataset compiles varve dating data, geochemical proxies, and temporal variations of multiple pollen and spore types from the Erlongwan Maar Lake. Based on the varve dating data combined with analyses of environmental proxies including dry density and geochemical indicators of the Erlongwan Maar Lake, the region over the past 14,000 years can be divided into 2 periods, 5 cycles, and 19 stages (climate events). This dataset supports the establishment of the most detailed and reliable climate and environmental evolution sequence in northern China to date, providing a scientific basis for exploring the regularities and trends of climate and environmental evolution since the Last Deglaciation. Additionally, the pollen and spore records contained in this dataset reveal the following vegetation and climate change processes in the region since 34 ka B.P.: - 34–29.3 ka B.P.: Montane cold-temperate coniferous forests developed, with a cold and humid climate prevailing; - 29.3–12.6 ka B.P.: Cold-temperate coniferous forests and birch forests dominated the area, with the climate shifting towards cold and dry conditions; - 12.6–8.9 ka B.P.: Mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests developed, and the climate gradually transitioned to warm and humid conditions; - 8.9–4.6 ka B.P.: Deciduous broad-leaved forests developed, with a warm and humid climate; - Post 4.6 ka B.P.: Mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests reappeared, with a temperate and cool climate that turned dry in the late stage.
