KHOREZM QAYROQS: TRADITION, MODERN ADAPTATION, AND NATIONAL MUSICAL HERITAGE

this article analyzes the historical roots and contemporary development trends of Khorezm qayroq performers. The study focuses on comparing traditional and modern performance practices, identifying the significance of folk music as a national heritage, and exploring the integration of modern technologies with national musical instruments. Based on field research, archival recordings, and scholarly literature, the artistic, rhythmic, and methodological characteristics of Khorezm qayroq performance are thoroughly examined.
