Whole-Genome Sequences of Enterobacter cloacae H5 and Enterobacter bugandensis H6 Isolated from Patients in Khartoum State, Sudan
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains supplementary genomic data associated with the whole-genome analysis of Enterobacter cloacae strain H5 and Enterobacter bugandensis strain H6. The dataset includes: Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes identified using the Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database (CARD) and the Resistance Gene Identifier (RGI) under strict criteria. A comparative genomic features table summarizing genome size, GC content, gene counts, and assembly statistics. A phylogenomic tree generated using FastME 2.1.6.1 based on Genome BLAST Distance Phylogeny (GBDP) distances, as implemented in the TYGS platform. Branch lengths represent GBDP distance (d5), and pseudo-bootstrap values (>60%) were calculated from 100 replications. The tree is midpoint-rooted. According to TYGS phylotaxonomic analysis, Enterobacter cloacae H5 clusters within the species Enterobacter cloacae ATCC 13047T, and Enterobacter bugandensis H6 clusters within Enterobacter bugandensis EB-247T. These data are provided to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with FAIR data principles and support the study titled:“Molecular Characterization of MDR Enterobacter spp. Isolated from Clinical Specimens in Sudan.”
