Whole genomes of Helicobacter pylori isolated from Colombian patients

In this study we reported the whole genome of 16 Helicobacter pylori isolates from patients living in Narino, Colombia. These isolates where collected of patients with different gastric lesion types by the Correa cascade classification. The genomic characterization of these isolates shows invaluable information about Helicobacter pylori in structure, composition and pathogenicity.
