Transcriptional profiling of germinal center B cells and isotype switched memory B cells (scRNA-Seq)

Germinal center B cells were analyzed for memroy B cell gene signature to identify a memory B cell precursor population. Sorted isotype-switched memory B cells were used to confirm the identified memroy B cell precursor population Overall design: Antigen specific germinal center B cells (CD19+GL7+IgD-EphrinB1+WNV WT DIII tetramer+) and polyclonal memory B cells (CD19+IgD-IgM-CD80+CCR6+) were sorted from 30 pooled 8-12 week old C57BL/6 mice that were vaccinated with Innovator WNV vaccine 7 days prior.
