4. The score for this item is calculated as registered capital / 100.

6. 5 points for follow-up status of "intention", 1 point for "temporarily shelved", 10 points for "visited", 10 points for "first visit", 20 points for "waiting for payment", 30 points for "completed transaction".
The final customer value score is obtained by summing all the above scores and rounding to the nearest integer.
