Data and Code for: Direct Measurement of Roughness–Tuned Depletion Interaction

Experimental Data and Analysis Codes for the manuscript "Direct Measurement of Roughness–Tuned Depletion Interaction" to appear in Soft Matter. The files are organized into three zip archives: 1-TIRM.zip : Contains the code and processed data used to analyze TIRM measurements. 2-Model.zip : Contains the code used to model depletion interactions on rough surfaces based on AFM measurements. This archive also includes AFM data and extracted surface profiles. 3-Surface_characterization.zip : Contains the codes used to calculate autocorrelation functions and generate Figure S1, along with the corresponding experimental data files. Each archive contains a relevant instruction.txt file describing how to use the data and run the code.
