Single-cell sequencing data of recombinant candidate vaccines targeting Helicobacter pylori across multiple tissues

This study included a total of 68 mice. Following a one-week acclimation period, all mice received their first intragastric immunization on Day 0. A booster immunization was administered at week 4. At week 10, blood was collected via retroorbital sinus puncture, followed by euthanasia and retrieval of spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes. A total of 204 samples were obtained for single-cell RNA sequencing. Processed data are provided herein; further details are available in the published paper.
