The Ocean Networks Canada Orientation SN13 was deployed on 2025-09-12 at Chatham Sound. Chatham Sound is a sound on the North Coast of British Columbia, located between Dundas and Stephens Islands and the Tsimpsean Peninsula near Prince Rupert. This device is a Orientation Instrument. Orientation instruments are used on ships, ROVs and instrument packages to record variables like heading, pitch and roll. It was deployed on a fixed platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 3.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.
