This thesis explores the development of psychological competence among educators in the preschool education system and its importance in improving the quality and effectiveness of educational activities. In modern preschool education, teachers are required not only to possess professional pedagogical knowledge but also to demonstrate strong psychological preparedness, emotional stability, communication skills, and the ability to create a positive educational environment for children. The thesis also examines the influence of psychologically competent teachers on children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development. Based on contemporary educational policies and psychological research, the study emphasizes the necessity of organizing systematic psychological support and training programs for preschool educators.
