Gallbladder cancer is a rare but highly malignant cancer. We performed the transcriptional profile sequencing to figure out the potential mechanisms, which might significantly affect gallbladder cancer progression. Overall design: 10 cases of gallbladder cancer tumorous tissue samples with matched normal tissue were obtained from surgery and perform next-generation sequencing.
