Antibiotic resistance has become a big worry for the public in the last ten years. Scientists are paying more attention to it because studies show that using antibiotics leads to the growth of resistant bacteria in animals, which can then spread to humans, especially through food and the environment. This poses a serious risk to public health. However, the research so far is limited and doesn't provide enough information to create effective guidelines for using antibiotics in poultry farming. This research focuses on finding out how common antibiotic resistance is among E. coli strains from broilers in different parts of Morocco, analyzing their DNA, and identifying the specific genes that cause this resistance.
