资源简介:
The fall armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda is a destruct agricultural invasive pest worldwide. Few researches are carried to study the mechanisms of the interaction between S. frugiperda and host plants from salivary glands perspective. In order to analyze the mechanism of S. frugiperda adapting to different host plants, the role of salivary protein genes in the interaction between S. frugiperda and plants was analyzed by transcriptome, molecular biology and bioinformatics based on the differences in growth and development of S. frugiperda feeding on different host plants, so as to provide theoretical basis for elucidating the molecular mechanism of interaction between S. frugiperda and plants and the development of insect-resistant germplasm resources.
