qPCR data from oil and environmental conditions in Gulf killifish (Fundulus grandis)

This dataset contains raw CT values for Gulf killifish (Fundulus grandis) larvae (<24h post-hatch) that were exposed to oil and abiotic stressors (hypoxia, high salinity, and high temperature). Larvae were exposed to each condition for 48h, followed by RNA extraction from whole larvae (n= 3 larvae per replicate), cDNA synthesis, and qPCR analysis for a suite of genes. Primer sequences and NCBI accession numbers for each sequence are included as well as primer efficiencies determined through serially diluted standard curves.
