Positive and negative controls for ASPIRE-ICU, SAATELLITE and EVADE samples Raw sequence reads

Positive and negative controls processed in parallel of samples analysed in the ASPIRE-ICU, SAATELLITE and EVADE metagenomic studies. The samples from the three studies were processed in parallel, so the same control can be used for several studies depending on their DNA extraction date.
