MGCPdb is a comprehensively, freely, user-friendly, and dynamically updated available electronic database containing detailed information (raw data analyzed by FCM, genome size, chromosome number, chromosome karyotype analysis data, and so on) about 323 core mulberry germplasm. It is intended to be used for applications in Genomics, plant genetic diversity, mulberry polyploidy breeding and mulberry chromosome karyotype analysis.
