收藏资源简介:
The project investigates how local communities in district municipalities changes as a consequence of immigration and increasing movement between countries. The focus is on processes of inclusion and exclusion in central welfare arenas (housing, work and civil society) seen from the perspectives of citizens with immigrant background and majority background. In order to gain more knowledge in these kinds of processes in Norway, different cases were compared: between three different district municipalities and with a multiethnic quarter in Oslo and a multiethnic district area in Sweden and Denmark. The aim of this project was to identify possible similar patterns across cases and differences that can be connected to the specific place, either in regard to being a district municipality or in regard to being a Norwegian multiethnic local community compared to similar case in Denmark and Sweden. The project combines different theoretical approaches, methods and disciplines.
