DeepKymoTracker: A tool for accurate construction of cell lineage trees for highly motile cells

These are the compiled models and weights of convolutional neural networks utilized in DeepKymoTracker (full version). Segmentor and Refiner form a segmentation ensemble for segmenting one cell of interest in a 96x96 patch with the cell approximately in the center of the patch. Tracker-6 is a CNN which is trained to track one cell at a time in each frame in microscope cell movies.
