Targeted NGS of circulating tumor DNA by Ion AmpliSeq Colon and Lung Cancer Panel v2

Targeted NGS of plasma samples collected from cancer patients in order to detect mutations of circulating tumor DNA. The plasma samples were obtained from pancreatic cancer patients and from lung cancer patients. Circulating-free DNA was extracted using QIAmp® Circulating Nucleic Acid Kit (QIAGEN, Les Ulis, France). Sequencing libraries were prepared with Ion AmpliSeq Colon and Lung Cancer Panel v2 and sequenced on Ion Proton®.
