Raw data 1: chicken reads from amplicons generated with optimal primers

These are the compressed, raw, paired-end read files generated in a Illumina MiSeq platform with optimal primers. Each individual is encoded in the name of file pairs by all characters before the first "_". The "R1" and "R2" at the end of file names indicate their origin as forward or reverse reads, respectively.
