Breakdown of residential real estate investments in Germany 2018-2023, by deal size

Investments into residential real estate in Germany fell predominantly in the largest size band of over 100 million euros. In 2023, approximately 39 percent of residential real estate investments in Germany were over 100 million euros. This was a considerable decrease in comparison to 2021, when 81 percent of the investments were in this size class.
