Database files summarizing results of safe subsetting experiments against five FHIR servers

This data was collected as part of the Digiheals Safe Subsetting experiments on the FHIR R4 standard. It contains the results of mutated patient files processed through five different open-source FHIR servers: Blaze, HAPI, IBM, IRIS, and VistA. The data also includes the corresponding outputs exported from each server, as well as their validations for correctness. safe_subset.db includes 2,794 mutations of a single patient file. safe_subset_latest.db contains 166,862 mutations across 146 different resource types.
