资源简介:
In this Viewpoint article, the spectral mismatch errors of three commercial Class AAA solar simulators used for typical perovskite solar cell (PSC) characterization are evaluated. Our findings indicate that the spectral mismatch of the specific solar simulators can result in measurement uncertainties over 10% for the PSCs [relative to the ideal air mass (AM) 1.5 global (G) condition], despite conforming to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. To minimize the spectral mismatch errors, we propose a straightforward approach to calibrate the effective irradiance of solar simulators in the spectral response range of PSCs to the identical standard level under the reference condition of AM 1.5 G. This means the irradiance measured with a single crystalline silicon (c-Si) reference cell should be adjusted to 1/M sun (M is the spectral mismatch factor) instead of the traditional 1 sun. Consequently, the measurement difference of short-circuit current density of the MAPbI3-xClx (MA=CH3NH3, x≈0.2) based PSC under the diverse solar simulators improved from a considerable ±6.4 mA cm-2 to a negligible ±0.2 mA cm-2. Importantly, our straightforward approach achieves reliable and comparable results for PSC characterization across various Class AAA solar simulators.
