资源简介:
Superspreading events shape the COVID-19 pandemic. Here we provide a national-scale analysis of SARS-CoV-2 outbreaks in Austria, a country that played a major role for virus transmission across Europe and beyond. Capitalising on a national epidemiological surveillance system, we performed deep whole-genome sequencing of virus isolates from more than 500 samples to cover major Austrian SARS-CoV-2 clusters. Our data chart a map of early viral spreading in Europe, including the path from low-frequency mutations to fixation. !!ATTENTION!! Please note that due to a problem with the ENA uploader some samples were not pointing to the correct sequencing runs. Downloads before Jan. 25th 2021 will have been affected. The number in the sample alias (eg. CEMM0153) should be the same as first number in the bam filename (eg. CoV_153_S63555_sorted_viral_rh.bam). This problem is now fixed.
