Transcriptional profile of human ES-cell (hPSC) derived melanoma cell models Human ES cells were differentiated into neural crest (NC), melanoblast (MB) or melanocytes (MC). These were either WT or triple knockout (3xKO) for p53, p16, RB1. A dox-inducible cassette was integrated into the cells to activate the BRAFV600E oncogene upon addition of doxycyline.
