Alouatta genotypesThis file contains ddRADseq genotype data at 6,415,368 sites for individuals sampled in the wild from the Alouatta palliata x Alouatta pigra hybrid zone and surrounding allopatric parental populations. We merged overlapping read pairs, aligned merged and unmerged reads to the Alouatta palliata genome assembly (PVK00000000) using BWA-MEM. We called variants using samtools mpileup and bcftools call, removed SNPs within 5bp of an indel and retained variants with a minimum quality score of 20.filtered_final_4.vcf.gz
