Metabolomic dataset: Transgressive segregation in strawberry F1 hybrids (Fragaria × ananassa × F. virginiana glauca)

LC-MS metabolomic profiling of eight F1 strawberry genotypes from crosses between cultivated varieties (Fragaria × ananassa) and wild F. virginiana subsp. glauca. Dataset includes 368 secondary metabolites and 42 primary metabolites quantified from three biological replicates per genotype. This data supports the manuscript "Extreme segregation in interspecific strawberry hybrids reveals major genetic factor controlling rhoifolin" (Vallarino et al., 2025) submitted to Horticulture Research.
