内部数据采集以车间生产执行系统为核心，实时抓取主键关联的各项目当日产量数据，通过自动化脚本按日累计生成月度、年度产量台账，同步关联生产日志记录日期信息。外部数据采集依托管理平台跨部门协同机制，接收质检、仓储等关联环节反馈的产量校验数据，经部门协调复核后完成数据合成，确保产量统计全链路数据一致性与准确性。

Internal data collection centers on the workshop-level Manufacturing Execution System (MES), capturing in real time the daily output data of each project associated with the primary key. Automated scripts are used to conduct daily cumulative calculations to generate monthly and annual production ledgers, while synchronously linking the date information recorded in production logs. External data collection, relying on the cross-department collaboration mechanism of the management platform, receives output verification data fed back by relevant links including quality inspection and warehousing. Following departmental coordination and review, data synthesis is completed to ensure the consistency and accuracy of data across the entire end-to-end production statistics chain.
