Metagenomic Sequencing of a Groundwater Replenishment System in Orange County, CA. wastewater metagenome

A series of samples were taken from the Orange County Groundwater Replenishment System (GWRS) to better understand the functional and taxonomic diversity of microorganisms present. The goal of the study was to establish the effectiveness of the filtration and purification system, and to provide an initial sampling point for future sequencing of the GWRS.
