We explore the relative abundance of subgenomic RNAs in SARS-CoV-2 positive nasopharyngeal swabs by using the ThermoFisher SARS-CoV-2 Ampliseq panel and by designing two custom Ampliseq mini-panels. We also explore the host response by looking at the relative abundance of selected inflammatory genes using the Ampliseq RNA inflammation response panel.
