Excess work incapacity during and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Poland: dataset and codebook

This repository contains the anonymised dataset and accompanying codebook used in the analysis of quarterly work incapacity in Poland during 2015–2024. The dataset includes counts and rates of:- rehabilitation benefits (RBs), and- disability pensions (DPs),disaggregated by sex and ICD-10 diagnostic chapter, with population denominators based on the number of insured persons.All data are aggregated, anonymised, and derived from data of the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), obtained on request by authors.
