This dataset aggregates healthcare data from public medical institutions and some private medical institutions across the city, including disease diagnosis records from outpatient, emergency and inpatient departments. The data is updated in real time synchronously and undergoes regular data governance. This dataset provides data support for analyzing the clinical characteristics of various diseases, exploring the risk of clinical outcomes and treatment needs, understanding the current treatment status of relevant diseases, gaining in-depth insights into the patient population and high-risk characteristics, and optimizing clinical management and policy formulation for patients stratified by different risk levels.
