Chenonceau superficial white matter connectivity: mesoscopic MRI deep phenotyping of a post-mortem human brain at 7 and 11.7 Tesla
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains all the superficial white matter bundles extracted from the diffusion MRI images of the Chenonceau dataset. The Chenonceau dataset consists of in-depth MRI acquisitions of a single post-mortem human brain. The brain was scanned piece by piece in two ultra-high-field preclinical MRI systems at 7 and 11.7 Tesla to achieve resolutions ranging from 200 µm to 100 µm. Once fully reconstructed, global tractography was performed across the entire brain using ExaTract, which leverages high-performance computing resources to address computational bottlenecks in the tractography algorithm. To do so, local diffusion ODFs were computed from diffusion MRI data acquired at a shell b=8000 s/mm² and 200 µm resolution, and a high-resolution tractography domain was delineated from multi-contrast quantitative MRI data. The superficial bundles were extracted using clustering methods.
