Liver-Gut-Brain

The raw data captures three experiments. (1) cohousing of non-tumor bearing sham vagotomized and hepatic vagotomized mice (2) cohousing experiment with cohoused sham and hepatic vagotomized mice (cSV, cHV) and non-housed counterparts before and after liver cancer initiation (250,000K RIL175 cells by intrahepatic injection), and (3) microbiota in cecal microbiota transplantation (CMT). Sham and hepatic vagotomized mice received CMT from cecal contents of liver tumor (T) and liver non-tumor (NT) mice. The last experiment includes small intestine (jejunal, J) and cecal (C) samples, as well as fecal samples prior and following CMT. Frozen donor content in 50% glycerol was also collected for NT and T results. Forward reads used and subsequent analyses relied on QIIME2 and LefSe. Contact: Tim Greten ([e-mail]).
