Gut Microbiota of Eriocheir sinensis in pond culture and paddy field culture

We conducted a study on the intestinal metabolic profiles of Eriocheir sinensis raised in paddy fields, and simultaneously analyzed the metabolic profiles as well as the corresponding microbial community profiles. The aim of this research was to reveal the chemical characteristics of Eriocheir sinensis raised in paddy fields, which were associated with certain intestinal microorganisms. By comparing with Eriocheir sinensis raised in ponds, this study provided scientific basis for optimizing the breeding mode of Eriocheir sinensis and the development and utilization of microbial additives in the future.
