Supplementary Data for: Comparison of Enterosystem 18R and BD Phoenix™ for Identifying Gram-Negative Enterobacteria

This dataset contains detailed bacterial identification results for 20 clinical isolates of Gram-negative, oxidase-negative enterobacteria tested using two identification systems: BD Phoenix™ automated identification system and Enterosystem 18R semi-automated biochemical system. The data includes sample IDs, identifications from both systems, confidence scores, and panel status for each isolate. Isolates were originally characterized at Makerere University's Microbiology Laboratory using standard biochemical protocols and confirmed by Bruker Biotyper MALDI-TOF.
