The effect of diacylglycerol lipase alpha (DAGLA) on mRNA expression in hepatocellular carcinoma

To investigate the biological function of DAGLA in HCC progression, we downregulated DAGLA expression in Hep3B cells by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of control and shDAGLA cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Hep3B-NC (infected with empty vector) and Hep3B-KD (infected with shRNA) cells, three biological replicates for each group.
