KASPR Global Subnational Internet Quality Products

The KASPR Subnational Internet Quality product presents yearly aggregates of our few-hourly (e.g. 1h, 3h, 6h) adm2 level (e.g. counties, districts) products provide an aggregated measure of subnational ADM2 areas' ICT Infrastructure, via millions of individual internet protocol (IP v4) address observations. The product contains monthly or yearly aggregates of data on the quality (based on latency) of a region’s infrastructure aggregated across the geographic space of the region.

FIELDS INCLUDED:

- Country
- Province/State (ADM1)
- County/District (ADM2)
- Average Latency and Average Variance in Latency
- Number of days in the year with connectivity anomalies.
- Number of days in the year with latency anomalies.
- Distance to the latency frontier. Absolute difference between ADM2 level latency and minimum latency in the country.

This listing provides immediate access to a static version of a 5 % sample.

Full dataset contains information from over 26,324 ADM2 units (i.e. counties/districts) and 136 countries.
