资源简介:

This article examines the relationship between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and stress resilience among university students from a psychological perspective. In modern higher education, students frequently experience psychological pressure caused by academic workload, examinations, social adaptation, economic difficulties, and uncertainty about their future careers. Emotional intelligence is considered one of the most important psychological factors influencing students’ ability to cope with stress effectively. The study analyzes the conceptual foundations of emotional intelligence, stress, and stress resilience, as well as the interrelationship between these variables. The findings indicate that students with high emotional intelligence demonstrate greater emotional stability, stronger coping strategies, better academic adaptation, and lower levels of anxiety and depression. In addition, emotional intelligence components such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, motivation, and social skills positively influence stress resilience.
