资源简介:
This is a compressed directory containing the simulation and related post-processing files for the results presented in the paper: Developing an Automated Fluid Activation Residence Time CFD Database, which is available at: https://doi.org/10.1088/1361-6587/ae5cd0
The case directory was generated using a development version of FARBASE, with additional post-processing functions added manually as described in the paper. The simulation was run using the OpenFOAM Foundation distribution version 13 was used, which is available at https://openfoam.org/version/13/.
The case is a steady-state incompressible flow simulation of an expansion tank component, with post-processing functions to output the residence time distribution for fluid particles travelling through the component. Further information can be found in the paper this data accompanies.
The directory contains the following files and subdirectories:
* `0` contains the initial conditions for each field
* `1588` contains the reconstructed data for each field at the latest timestep
* `constant/polyMesh` contains mesh data
* `constant/truSurface` contains the surface geometry data
* `constant/transportProperties` and `constant/turbulenceProperties` contain parameters for the transport and turbulence models used
* `postProcessing` contains postprocessed data including the three residence time distributions compared in the paper
* `processor0` and `processor1` contain the decomposed solution before reconstruction
* `system` contains the remaining OpenFOAM input dictionaries
* `Allrun` contains the commands which were used to run the simulation
* `input_parameters.json` contains the FARBASE inputs used to generate the case directory
* `log.*` files contain the logs for each command
* `postproc.ipynb` contains the additional post-processing performed to generate the figures presented in the paper
* `paraview_state.pvsm` is the paraview state file for visualisations presented in the paper
* `fig_*.png` files are the figures generated by the above two files and presented in the paper
