UV-induced mutations in yeast following photoreactivation

UV light causes DNA damage and subsequent mutation in all exposed terrestrial organisms. Many organisms like yeast expression photolyases to repair UV-induced DNA damage. This project aims to study the genomic distribution of photolyase repair and how it influences the landscape of mutations in yeast.
